info@sarinfosoft.comThis policy defines the standards, lifecycle management, retention thresholds, and deletion protocols applied to subscriber business records hosted on the MandiCore (MandiScope ERP) SaaS platform, engineered and managed by Scope And Research Infosoft (aka SAR Infosoft; corporate website: www.sarinfosoft.com), Chhindwara (Madhya Pradesh).
The SaaS application is delivered securely through www.mandicore.com and its isolated tenant environments with strict logical data isolation between subscribers.
Mandi trading environments require sub-second query response times during busy morning hours when multiple farmers and buyers queue at shop counters. To guarantee uncompromising system performance, data retention is structured as follows:
Automated Opening Balance Rollover: When an organization's record volume reaches either the 3-year threshold or 55,000 sales item records:
- The system calculates and resets the financial opening balances, party balances, and crate ledger positions as of the 3-year cutoff date.
- Historical transaction details beyond 3 years are rolled into the fresh opening baseline.
- This ensures your day-to-day voucher entry, billing, and statements continue running uninterrupted with maximum speed and zero database bloat.
Active subscriptions maintain cloud hosting and automated database safeguards. Upon plan expiration, the following lifecycle rules apply:
Subscribers are advised to complete renewal within the 60-day post-expiry window to prevent irreversible loss of party masters, past lot registers, and voucher history.
MandiScope SaaS is currently maintained as a Pilot Project. While we strive to maintain long-term continuous service, SAR Infosoft reserves the right to modify or discontinue this pilot project in the future.
- Zero Direct Raw Data Sales: SAR Infosoft will never directly sell raw confidential client records (e.g., individual farmer identities, shop ledger figures, custom transaction amounts) to any third party.
- Commercial Analytics Usage: SAR Infosoft reserves the right to aggregate, de-identify, and analyze platform-wide trends (such as mandi arrival volume patterns, commodity trends, and platform throughput statistics). SAR Infosoft may utilize these anonymized analytical insights for system enhancement and commercial analytics purposes.
A physical printed copy of the Day-Report serves as an immediate offline reference for cash reconciliation, farmer settlements, crate stock verification, and local regulatory records.
Scope And Research Infosoft retains full and exclusive rights regarding:
- Establishing and enforcing data retention, archive rollover, and deletion procedures.
- Suspending or terminating organization access for expired subscriptions, policy non-compliance, or abuse.
- Managing multi-tenant database partitions, indexing, and infrastructure updates.
MandiScope implements comprehensive technical measures to safeguard subscriber data:
- Logical Tenant Isolation: Every database query is strictly parameterized by
Org_Id, preventing any cross-organization data leakage. - Encrypted Transmission: All data transmitted between your browser and the cloud servers is secured via modern SSL/TLS encryption.
- Password Cryptography: Passwords and administrative credentials are cryptographically hashed and salted.
